These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 68phppg Casino ("68phppg," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 68phppg website located at https://68phppg.net, including all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

68phppg reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 68phppg Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 68phppg relies on the information you provide to verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with applicable regulations. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 68phppg Login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your 68phppg account;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Not share your login credentials with any third party;
• Notify 68phppg immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

68phppg shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, 68phppg conducts identity verification (KYC) procedures. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time deemed necessary by 68phppg.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

68phppg accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods, all denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱):

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card

68phppg does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit card for gambling-related transactions, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at 68phppg is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. 68phppg aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the platform's banking FAQ. Withdrawals may be delayed pending KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 68phppg Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion fees are applied to PHP transactions. 68phppg is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

68phppg offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 68phppg reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.

All games available on the 68phppg Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 68phppg Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Creating or operating more than one account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 68phppg Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 68phppg;
• Use any 68phppg trademarks, logos, or brand elements without authorization;
• Create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use Platform content for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorized use of 68phppg intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 68phppg, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes;
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity issues;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Decisions made based on information provided on the Platform;
• Any third-party actions or content.

68phppg's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 68phppg account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 68phppg makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

68phppg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or other competent authority;
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure for reasons other than breach or fraud, any remaining balance of verified funds will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and deduction of any applicable fees.

You may close your 68phppg account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to closure.

Your continued use of the 68phppg Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All gaming activities on the 68phppg Platform are subject to the rules and regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to 68phppg's internal dispute resolution process. Players may contact our support team to initiate a formal complaint. 68phppg will endeavor to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
